DescriptionA small child stands beside an upholstered chair with his arm around a second, even smaller child. The older child wears a green dress trimmed with lace and plaid stockings and holds a hat with a feather. The younger child is barefoot and wears a nightgown. Both children are probably boys. A barefoot angel wearing a cloak over a long gown stands behind them with outspread wings. A fluted column and fringed drapery are in the background. A patterned carpet is on the floor.
