DescriptionA girl wearing a plaid dress kneels on a chair and looks into a fish tank that is placed on a table next to the chair. A model bird is attached to the top of the tank facing toward inside. A doll hangs from the girl's left hand. A perforated pot sits on a crocheted doily beneath the aquarium. Framed pictures hang on the wall.

Subject Note: The girl in this photograph is presumably Muriel Armstrong. The same table appears in another photograph of the interior of the Armstrong family home in Groton, Connecticut. Muriel Armstrong was born June 15, 1914. (Finlay 11/20/2013)
