DescriptionThe Rossia Insurance Company building at 1565 Broad Street on the corner of Farmington Avenue in Hartford is under construction, surrounded by scaffolding and construction equipment. The intersection of Broad Street and Farmington Avenue is visible in the foreground. A construction company shed is visible at the front of the construction site with the following painted on it: "Chas. B. Andrus & Son Hartford Conn. General Building Contractors". A large pile of dirt, apparently with snow on it, is beside the shed. Trolley tracks are visible running along Farmington Avenue.
