DescriptionA close-up of a piece of sawing machinery which has been vignetted from a photograph that shows a shop interior. The sawing machinery is large and has several wheels, gears, and belts attached to it. The following metal plaque is attached to the machine: "NAPIER SAW MACHINE SPRINGFIELD MASS. USE NAPIER BRAND SAWS."
NotesSubject Note: The Napier Saw Machine was used for cutting metal. 1995.36.1409 is an image of a similar machine. The photographs were probably taken by Dudley for use in advertising.
