DescriptionAn electric trolley car is parked on trolley tracks on a residential street. The word "Hartford" appears on both the front and side of the trolley. Along the side of the trolley a sign is painted "1822 CONNECTICUT 1822". The number 1822 also appears on the front of the trolley. A sidewalk, trees and a three-story multi-family house are visible in the background.
