DescriptionIn one photograph, two boys and a dog are seated in an open-cockpit airplane that is in deep snow. Footprints lead to the airplane. Trees in the background may be on the opposite side of the Connecticut River. In the other photograph, the same two boys pose in front of an airplane, possibly a seaplane, that is in the water at the edge of the river.
