NotesSubject Note: The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Connecticut Bank and Trust office in Torrington was on September 4, 1970. It would be the company's 55th branch. While temporarily operating from the Cumberland Farms building in Torrington, the permanant facility was to be built on the site of the former St. Paul's Lutheran Church. It officially opened for business on September 13, 1971.
