NotesObject Note: This is miniature is one of eight that George Dudley Seymour commisioned Mildred Jordan to paint, most based on various portraits in his possession. The subject, Belinda Spencer Seymour, his grandmother, was done from a Daguerreotype. Comparing this to the other portraits, this was probably done around 1900-1905. (Lee 10/24/2014)
