DescriptionWood and rubber stamp. The stamp handle and body are made of wood stained with red stain. The stamp handle is cylindrical in shape with a larger head and tapered neck. The head is flat on one side and has white printed lettering that reads: "FRONT". The front side of the rectangular wood body has a paper sheet attached under a piece of clear plastic on which is printed: "RICHARD WELLING / 74 UNION PL., HTFD., CT 06103." The rubber stamp is attached to the underside of the body. The stamp reads: "RICHARD WELLING / 74 UNION PL., HTFD., CT 06103 / LIC. NO. 860194 / DEPT. OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS / 80 LAFAYETTE ST. NY, NY 10013".
