DescriptionBridges include the iron truss Laurel Hill Bridge and the Laurel Hill covered bridge in downtown Norwich, an iron railroad bridge, an arched stone bridge identified as the bridge at Bishop's Mills, and two additional small bridges over the Yantic River, one identified as a "Rustic Bridge." One photograph depicts a railroad accident with a locomotive off the tracks. A series of photographs documents the construction of a dam in 1896, possibly the Wauregan Reservoir in Killingly.
