DescriptionMap of parts of several plots of land along the Quinebaug River in Killingly, Connecticut. To the north is part of J.W. and Ethelyn A. Atwood's land, southeast of which is Thomas Dunn's land. Southeast again is Chester E. Child's land. Between these three plots of land and the river is unlabeled land. At the bottom right corner of the map is Attawaugan Road. Between it and Thomas Dunn's land boundary is a right of way that abuts with Childs' land.
Label TextAlthough the draftsmanship on this map of the land of Thomas Dunn in Killingly, Connecticut, differs from that on other maps, it seems to belong to a group of maps produced by Erastus Worthington for a proposed dam on the Quinebaug River in Pomfret, Connecticut. Dunn's property adjoins that of J. W. and Ethelyn A. Atwood, whose names appear on other maps. The Danielson Cotton Company proposed building a dam in Pomfret in 1908; these maps may relate to that project.
