DescriptionBlack presentation box with silver and gold Moses Fox Club honorary member book inside.

(a) Silver Moses Fox Club book with an outer and inner twisted gold trim on front and back of book. Center front contains a gold seal with diamonds bording the top and bottom; engraved across seal, "G. FOX & CO. / 1905-1961 / MOSES FOX CLUB".
Book's spine has twisted gold trim, printed across, "MOSES FOX CLUB / SOLOMON / ELSNER / 1961". Inner portion of book has multiple white pages trimmed in gold, portions of book are hand written and painted; first three pages are left blank, fourth page reads, "This Book / marks the occasion / on which / Solomon Elsner / becomes / first / honoring member / of the / Moses Fox Club / January 21, 2961"; capital letters are painted decoratively in gold and red or blue lettering. The next few pages explain why Solomon Elsner is recieving this honor, along with a printed, black and white photo of Solomon, captioned, "Judge Solomon Elsner". After this are multiple pages, which feature member signatures of the Moses Fox club from 1886-1936, followed by guests and hosts pages, with signatures, a song written by Solomon Elsner's roomate from Yale, and pages dedicated to departed members of the Moses Fox Club.

(b) Black leather box with thin white border around top; two black hinges on back side with two metal lock on front side. Locks have small knobs on them, which can be pushed outwardly away from each other to open the box. Engraved in white on the top, bottom center of box, "Solomon Elsner / 1961". Inner portion of box contains booklet; top and bottom portion is white silk with a deep-sapphire velvet border around book.
