DescriptionReproduction of an artwork consisting of ink and what appears to be collage, featuring faces and the facades of what are probably storefront churches. At the bottom there is a building with a cross and the text, "Christ is coming soon! ARE YOU READY?" on it. Along the left side, against a drawn background of brick, there are advertisements for supermarket specials, the text, "40 YEARS O TRUTH CEN," and handwritten text. In the bottom right corner is the text, "THE BISHOP HAS BEEN PREACHING FORTY YEARS."

NotesSubject Note: In the "Artwork Catalog," there is an entry for a drawing/collage with the same title, but date on the piece in the photograph is 1977, while the date listed in the catalog is 1984. The piece listed in the catalog was exhibited by the Wintonbury Art League at the Joseloff Gallery at the University of Hartford in 1984 and at Mitchell's one-man exhibition at the Western New England College Art Gallery in 1987. In 1984, it won the Birken Drawing Award.
