DescriptionA marble fireplace has an ornately carved wooden mantel and large ornate andirons. Wood paneled walls and part of an ornate frame are visible around the fireplace.
NotesSubject Note: The home of Morris Joseloff at 59 Sycamore Road, West Hartford, Connecticut was designed by the architectural firm Ebbets & Frid in 1930. Joseloff had one of the most important private art collections in Connecticut. Some of his paintings are visible in some of the photographs of the interiors of his house. (Finlay 9/20/2012)
