DescriptionReproduction of a collage composed of phtoographs of abandoned brick buildings. The word "Abandonment" appears many times across the piece. On the left side, there are also at least two greenish-yellow screenprints that seem to depict an abstract tree.

NotesSubject note: "Abandonment" appeared in Mitchell's exhibition at the Greater Hartford Jewish Community Center in 1971. It was destroyed, date unknown. From the artist's catalog. Clifford Mitchell was an architect as well as artist, so images of buildings figure frequently in his artwork.
