DescriptionTwo different views of "City Church," an ink drawing with what appears to be a watercolor background. The Gothic church is capped with a small dome and bhe bell tower. It is seen from the outside, with a figure using a cane or walking stick and carrying a bag passing by.
NotesSubject Note: The church in the drawing is in Boston. "City Church" appeared in Mitchell's one-man exhibition at Western New England College Art Gallery in 1987 and at theJohn Slade Ely House Gallery in New Haven, Connecticut, in 1981.
