DescriptionConnecticut license plate that reads in white letters, "CONSTITUTION STATE / SKIN•DR / CONNECTICUT", against a blue background. A white border surrounds the plate, and in the lower right corner, there is a white license tab that reads in black, "OCT 1993". Four holes in total are punched within the plate, along the top and bottom edges, to attach the plate to the vehicle.
