DescriptionYellow going-away suit consisting of jacket (.a) and skirt (.b).
(.a) Jacket of yellow synthetic fabric. Three-button center-front closure. Pocket on either side of jacket with button embellishment. Shoulder pads pinned in at shoulders. Brown on tan woven tag on right side of inside jacket front reads "G. Fox & Co. / Hartford Connecticut"
Brown on tan woven tag on left side of inside jacket front reads "Tailored by / nan Buntly / New York / Saxony Bu-ti-weave" with small crown and shield in upper left corner and the initials "NB" in gold within the shield.
(.b) Skirt of yellow synthetic fabric. A-line skirt with center back zipper and single button closure.
