DescriptionGold-tone metal two-piece lapel pin. Circular design, red 5 pointed star on white ground, with blue outside border. Inscribed in blue border, "ITALIAN AMERICAN / WORLD WAR VETERANS"; inscribed just below main circle, "PAST COMMANDER". Backing has inscription of maker, mostly illegible. Screw back pin.
