DescriptionTournament badge consisting of pin and ribbon. At top is a round, gold pin; around the edge in blue reads, "A.L.B.A. / TOURNAMENT / AUG. 1 - 5, 1960". In the center, behind plastic frame is a piece of paper, typed across, " DEPUTY MAYOR / HARTFORD". Attached is a coral colored ribbon with a notched end. Through it in gold reads, "17th / ANNUAL / EASTERN / DIVISION / SPONSORED BY / THISTLE, / FERNLEIGH / AND / TAM O'SHANTER".

NotesObject Note: A.L.B.A. stand for American Lawn Bowls Association. The 1960's Eastern division tournament was held in Hartford and was sponsored by the Thistle Club of Hartford, the Fernleigh Club of West Hartford, and the Tam O'Shanter Club of New Britain.
