DescriptionConvention ribbon, pale grey, with a notched bottom, slight fraying at the top and bottom. In the center of the top portion are two holes, probably from a pin, now removed. Printed in faded black text reads, "DELEGATE / THE / ITALIAN / ALLIANCE / CONVENTION / NOV. 6, 1949 / HARTFORD, CONN.".
