DescriptionTwo gold colored pins attached by a thin, gold chain. On one end of the chain reads diagonally, "1964". Attached to the other side is an octagon shaped pin, at the center is a gold crest, which is enclosed within a light-blue circle, reading, "St. Patrick / St. Anthony" around its edges.
