DescriptionWoman's petticoat of cream-colored flannel. The bottom is embroidered with wool yarns in a band about 2 1/2 inches wide with pink, red, and white flowers on a green and tan leafy vine. The petticoat is pleated all around into the white twill-woven cotton waistband, which is 1 3/4 inches wide. The petticoat ties closed with 2 3/8-inch-wide white cotton tapes, which have a woven diamond and bar pattern.
