NotesSubject Note: Theodore Fordham was from Meriden, Connecticut. He enlisted and was mustered in to the First Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery Company J on January 1, 1864. He was mustered out on September 25, 1865. (Ruocco, 04/24/12)
