DescriptionA memorial in the form of a triumphal arch is located at the entrance to a park. An inscription reads: "PERRY MEMORIAL ARCH." A road leads beneath the arch. A sign and a paved walk are in a grassy lawn at the right. Trees and buildings are in the background.
