The windows on the house are primarily louvered double-hung sash windows in either the eight-over-eight, six-over-six, or four-over-four configurations. Other windows featured include large tripart wondows on the south and north elevation, which also features grouped casement windows.

Eight drawings are included in the set; south, east, north and west elevations, as well as, cellar, first floor, second floor, and third floor & roof plans. The cellar plans include a laundry room, toilet, cold room, heater coal bin, and heater.
