DescriptionPlans for a three story shingle sided colonial revival house feature a gambrel roof with overhanging eaves and cross gambrel on the east elevation. Notable features of the house include, a lattice-work stone terrace on the east elevation, and custom detailed louvered shutters for the windows.

Windows on the house are primarily louvered double-hung sash windows in either the eight-over-eight, six-over-six or four-over-four configurations. Other windows featured on the house include grouped casement windows on the south, east, and north elevations, as well as, large tri-part windows on the west and east elevations.

Eight drawings are included in the set: west, south, east and north elevations, as well as, cellar, first floor, second floor, and third floor and roof plans. The cellar plans include a store room, cold room, laundry room, hamper / clothes chute, toilet, heater coal bin, and heater room. The first floor plans include a terrace, sun parlor, living room, entry hall, entry porch, toilet, dining room, butler's pantry, kitchen and rear porch. The second floor plans include a sleeping porch, dressing room, two chambers (bedrooms), two bath rooms, hall, linen closet, and rear hall. The third floor plans include unfinished space, a maid's room, hall, tar closet, and bath room.
