DescriptionPlans for a three story house in the farm house style feature a hipped roof with overhanging eaves and cross gables on all four elevations. Notable features of the house include tinned roofed attic dormers on the rear and north elevations, as well as a large seated bay window with scroll-sawn bracket details on the second floor stair landing.

The windows on the house are primarily louvered double-hung sash windows in either the six-over-six, six-over-one, or four-over-over configurations. Other windows featured include large tri-part windows on the north and front elevations, as well as roundel, and quarter-round lunette windows found on the attic story.

Eight drawings are included in the set; front, south, rear and north elevations, as well as cellar, first floor, second floor, and attic plans. The cellar plans include a W.C. (toilet), cold room, laundry room, heater coal room, and range coal room. The first floor plans include a veranda, living room, entry vestibule and hall, a den, lavatory, dining room with veranda, kitchen, pantry and butler's pantry. The second floor plans include four chambers (bedrooms), two baths (one ensuite), hall, stair landing with seat, balcony, and linen closet. The attic plans include three chambers, two storage rooms, hall, and a bath.
