DescriptionMen women and children stand and stroll among amusement park rides. Some people appear to be African-American. Signs read: "SATURN 6" "Purchase all RIDE & SHOW tickets HERE" "F. & J. Ross / GRINDERS" "WALK AWAY SUNDAE".
NotesSubject Note: The Danbury Fair was an annual exhibition held in Danbury between 1821 and 1981. At first a traditional agricultural fair, the event later included large fiberglass sculptures, stock car racing, and amusement park rides. The former fairground is now (2011) the site of the Danbury Fair Mall. (Finlay 3/25/2011)
