The house is stucco over brick, with exposed modillion coursing found around the first floor balconies and doors. Other notable features of the house include a large octagonal covered porch off the sun room, which leads to the lower terrace, and a decorative cupola with weathervane over the garage walkway. NotesSubject Note: Twenty total drawings are included in the set, with several variations of the South, East, and Front Elevations as well as Basement, First and Second Floor Plans. Other drawings show draft design sketches of the elevations, sections and floor plans, as well as the property plot survey. Drawings 1976.18.257.3, 1976.18.257.20, 1976.18.257.4, 1976.18.257.12, 1976.18.257.14, and 1976.18.257.15 suggest the final design plans of the Basement, First Floor, and Second Floor as well as the East (Rear) Elevation, and West (Front) Elevations. Title Note: Research suggests the house was planned, but never built on a site on Prosepct Avenue, now 1170 Prospect Avenue. The site was not developed until 1959. (Ceder 7/12/2011)
