DescriptionThirteen women pose outdoors in front of a flowering hydrangea bush. The four women in the front row are seated. The other women stand behind them. Some women wear eyeglasses. Some are elderly and the rest appear to be middle-aged.
NotesSubject Note: The women appear to members of some kind of club or organization. Thus far it has not been possible to identify the group, but Ensley Starling was living in Ivoryton, CT in 1910 and some of the other names appear to be associated with the lower Connecticut River Valley and Connecticut shore.
