The bag is worked with glass beads in pastel shades of white, pink, blue, green, and taupe in concentric lines following the contour of the bag, and with a floral motif in the center of the bag and in the center of the flap, on each side. The bag is bound with silk; the silk sides are folded in, but will expand when the bag is filled. A matching silk tape forms a carrying handle. The bag is lined with pink glazed cotton and interlined probably with paper.
