DescriptionDark blue cap with matching blue bill. The crown of the cap is made of synthetic fiber net. The front panel, which is a synthetic fiber knit fabric, is stitched over the net and printed in yellow with "CONNECTICUT / CENTRAL / RAILROAD" to the right of a design of a yellow oval cut out with the shape of the state of Connecticut, with a star marking the location of Hartford. At the apex of the front panel is a round button covered with similar blue fabric. The bill is 2 3/4 inches wide, and is made of the blue fabric stitched over cardboard. The size of the cap is adjustable by plastic straps at the center back, which snap together.
