A large figure of Uncle Sam, a large tree, and pennants flying from flagpoles are in the background. NotesSubject Note: The Danbury Fair was an annual exhibition held in Danbury between 1821 and 1981. At first a traditional agricultural fair, the event later included large fiberglass sculptures, stock car racing, and amusement park rides.
