DescriptionA rooster with an American flag as his comb confronts a chick emerging from an egg with the stars and stripes on it. A banner emerging from the chick's beak reads: "PEEP PEEP". A pitchfork is in the left foreground. Cannons are in the left background. A farmyard with additional chickens, a horse, and cow are in the right background. Farm buildings, a haystack, and a large birdhouse, possibly a martin house, are at the far right. The dome of the United States Capitol is in the distance.
