DescriptionAutomobiles, vans, a pickup truck, and buses are in a large parking lot. Some cars are station wagons. Men and women from the buses are walking towards the fairground entrance, which is framed by large figures of prancing deer. Barbed wire is in the foreground.
NotesSubject Note: The Danbury Fair was an annual exhibition held in Danbury between 1821 and 1981. At first a traditional agricultural fair, the event later included large fiberglass sculptures, stock car racing, and amusement park rides. The former fairground is now (2011) the site of the Danbury Fair Mall. (Finlay 3/25/2011)
