DescriptionPlans for a two and one half story Colonial Revival house, featuring hipped roof, dormer windows on the attic level, and a two-story entrance portico with a balcony supported by doric columns over the front porch and a triangular pediment intersecting the roof.

The windows are primarily double-hung sash windows, varying from large tri-part windows (predominately on the front facade,) standard eight-over-one, six-over-one, and six-over six-windows, to smaller four-over-one and four-over-four windows on the east elevation.

Eight drawings are included in the set: front, north, south, and east elevations as well as cellar, first floor, second floor, and attic plans. The cellar plans include: toilet, heater coal, range coal, laundry and cold rooms. The first floor plans include: veranda, living room, library, entry porch and hall, toilet, rear porch, pantry, kichen, butler's pantry, and dining room. The second floor plans include: three chambers, a balcony, two bathrooms, sewing room, and linen closet. The attic plans include: three chambers, storage room, bathroom, hall, and a large hanging closet.
