DescriptionA large crowd of men women and children is gathered on and around the green in downtown New Britain. Some hold American flags and flags and bunting decorate some of the buildings facing the square. People stand on the roofs of some buildings. Leafless trees are in the park and a tent appears to cover the Civil War monument.
