DescriptionPlans for a three story house, featuring a gable roof with projecting eaves. Other notable features include a large third floor dormer window, large front entry porch, and two rear porches, all supported by doric columns. The house features louvred double-hung sash windows primarily in the six-over-one, and four-over-one configurations with large tri-part windows on the North and Front Elevations.

NotesSubject Note: Drawings 1999.100.363.1-4 (200 Whitney Street) 1999.100.78.1-8 (192 Whitney Street) and 1999.100.78.9-14 (196 Whitney Street) all have simular elevations and are labeled as "House for L.W. Slocum." Although the drawings for 200 Whitney Street do not include floor plans, the drawings for 192 Whitney Street and 196 Whitney Street share simular floor plans, including the same cellar (199.100.78.5) and first floor (1999.100.78.6) plans.
