DescriptionThree boys wearing overalls and caps or hats stand at the edge of a tobacco field. Two boys are bent over, evidently picking leaves from the tobacco plants. Two men stand at the right, evidently directing the boys' work. The tobacco netting, which is attached to peeled logs, is tied up all along the side of the field.
