DescriptionOn the right, a donkey-headed man dressed in a formal suit holds a monocle to his eye. In his other hand, he holds a plumed helmet with a skull and crossbones on it. The figure on the left has an elephant's head and wears a small hat with a striped band. He holds a sword, which is resting on the ground, in his right hand. A roll of paper titled "Constitution," is in his pocket; under his left arm are eight cannons. The dome of the United States Capitol, an American flag on a flagpole, and a row of cannons are in the left background. In the right background, an army of mule-headed soldiers carry pitchforks and rakes. In the middle background, a hangman's noose hangs from a gallows.
