DescriptionPlans for a two story house with a cellar and attic. The house has a shingled roof, brick window sills and two chimneys with flashing. There is a brick wall surrounding a courtyard with trelliswork which comes off the kitchen. On the front of the house is a porch roof supported by wooden brackets and with a stucco panel. There is also a wrought iron railing on the front steps. The drawings include front, north, west, and south elevations, and floor plans for a cellar, first floor, second floor, and attic, The cellar plan has a laundry room with a clothes chute and a floor drain, and a cold room. The first floor plan includes a garage, kitchen, dining room, butler's pantry, hall, porch, living room, closets, and a sun parlor. The second floor has a spare room, 3 baths, a maid's chamber, closets, hall, dressing room, sitting room, 2 guest chambers (bedrooms), and a sleeping porch. The attic is unfinished with one closet.
