DescriptionArchitectural plans for a two and a half story Colonial Revival house with a front-facing gambrel roof, cross gambrel wing, and green slate roof. The west (side) elevation faces the street. The first story is brick, while the upper stories are clad in horizontal board siding. The home has partial-width shed dormers on the second and attic stories of the facade, each with double-hung, multi-pane sash windows. Most of the remaining windows are double-hung with multipane sash, several are paired. There are arched, multi-pane windows on the north (front), south (rear), and west (side) elevations; multi-pane casement windows on the south (rear) elevation; a multi-pane picture window on the first story of the west (side) elevation, and a Palladian window in the gable ends of the north (front) and south (rear) elevations. The entry is framed by a brick segmental arch.

Eight drawings are included in the set; street front, entrance front, south, and east elevations; as well as basement, first floor, second floor, and third floor plans. Basement plans include laundry and drying rooms with plaster walls and ceilings, a bathroom, storage cellar, coal bins, and enexcavated areas, as well as section drawings for the walls and girders. The first floor plan indicates a living room, hall, dining room, two pantries, and kitchen, all with pine or white oak flooring. There are also closets, a vestibule, tiled entry, cement porch, and a sun room with tile floor. The second level plan has three chambers, two bathrooms with wainscotting and tile floors, closets, and a sewing room. The third floor plan identifies two chambers, a bathroom, closets, and storage areas.
