DescriptionPlans for a two-story stucco house with cellar and attic. The house has tin shingles, brick coping and treads, and two stucco chimneys, each with a three inch bluestone rim. Windows and doors are accented with wood and tin. The drawings include front, rear, and side elevations, and floor plans for cellar, first, second, and attic levels. The cellar has a laundry, closets, a cold room, and two coal rooms. Included on the first level are a porch, hall, dining room, closets, living room, butler's pantry, kitchen, den, and veranda. All interior rooms on the first level have a gum trim and oak flooring except the kitchen, which has North Carolina pine trim and fir flooring. The second floor has closets, three chambers (bedrooms), a nursery, two stairwells, balcony, hall, and bathroom. North Carolina pine flooring and painted trim are noted for most rooms. The attic has a maid's room, bathroom, storage area, and closets, all with North Carolina pine flooring and painted trim.
