DescriptionFormal studio portraits and informal portraits of Roger P. Welles as an infant, boy, and a young man. In several portraits he is wearing knickerbockers. In two portraits, taken when he was a baby, he is seated in a wicker armchair. In one photograph he is wearing a uniform with insignia "US / NPS". Some portraits include other family members including Mary Patton Welles, Lemuel A. Welles, Martin Welles, and Martin Welles II.
