DescriptionRound, two-piece hatbox made of paper mounted on cardboard; with purple yarn handle attached to either side. The lid is covered with beige paper printed in blue with "G. FOX & CO./ ESTABLISHED 1847 HARTFORD". The base of the box is covered in paper printed with a park scene of trees, horsedrawn carriages, cyclists, including a bicycle-built-for-two, family with a child holding a toy hoop. The base of the box is covered with red paper.
