DescriptionBlueprints include plans for foundation, basement, roof, first floor, second floor, third floor, plot, and elevations of corner pier of central motif, south, west, north. Also longitudinal section and heating detail. Plans include quartermaster's office, coat room, storage, reception room, meeting room, armorer's office, bad room, squad drill room, kitchen, library, company lockers, horse lockers, medical equipment, field and staff equipment, naval battalion lockers, upper part of drill shed, company parlor, general's department, and officer's room. Elevations show three-story, seventeen-bay building with high front gable as the main roof. There are flanking skylights with hipped slate roofs and granite based concrete stone courses. The building is of brick face and has a concrete stone arched entrance. Numerous decoration can be found throughout the facade; all are carved in stone, limestone or terra cotta. The windows featured are one over one double hung sash and roundels. The entrance features wrought iron doors, limestone brackets and a coat of arms.
