DescriptionDrawings include plans for plot, gymnasium, basement, first floor, second floor, third floor, and elevations of Maple Avenue facade. Also, a cross section and notes featuring calculations and sketches. Plan includes auditorium, stage, physician, biology room, chemistry room, book storage, boys' lunch room, girls' lunch room, cooking room and sewing room. Elevation shows a building with a three-bay entrance and seven-bay wings with crow step roof. There are double hung sash windows with pointed arch lintels, while the central, double hung sash windows feature trifoil tracery. Quoins flank the windows, while Tudor arches make the porch on entrance.
