DescriptionViews and plan depict brick residential buildings on Park Terrace. The buildings have balconies, porches, bay windows, friezes with terracotta decorations, and cornices supported by brackets. Some apartments have air conditioners in the windows. Leafless trees are in the yards. Irons fences and cement steps are in front of the buildings. Automobiles are parked on the street. A fire hydrant is in the space between the sidewalk and the curb. Part of a pedestrian crosswalk is visible at the far left. A chain link fence is in back of the buildings. A clothesline with plastic clothespins on it is on one back porch.
NotesSubject Note: Each building is a "perfect six" with six apartments on three floors. The plan shows the layout of a typical floor.
