DescriptionJacket: This single-breasted jacket is made of beige polyester double knit cloth. It has a wide two-piece collar that is two inches wide at the center back and 5 3/4 inches wide at the front corners. The yoke extends six inches down from the top of the armscye at the front and back of the jacket. These edges are decorated with dark brown stitching. Similar stitching is also found at the cuffs, along the collar, on the patch pockets, along the center opening, and at the inverted stitched-down pleats. These 1 3/4-inch wide pleats occur at each of the breast pockets and extend to the hemline. Another inverted pleat is used at the front center opening. A fourth inverted stitched-down pleat is found at the center back, running from the yoke to the hem. The two breast patch pockets have rounded edges. They are approximately 5 3/4 x 4 1/4 inches. The flaps for these pockets are placed under the yoke. They close with a single snap at the center of the lower edge. All of the snaps on the jacket are 1/2-inch and have a pearl finish. The 2 5/8-inch wide sleeve cuffs are also secured with a single button. The right side is lapped over the left at center front, and it is closed with five snaps beginning at the yoke. The back yoke of the jacket is partially lined with a dark brown polyester plain-woven fabric. There are also 4 3/8-inch slits in the left and right side seams.
Pants: These double cloth beige polyester pants have dark brown stitching decorating the front "U" shaped pockets, the center front zipper placket, the flat felt side seams, the belt loops, and the back patch pockets. The pant legs have strong creases. The waistband is 1 3/8 inches wide. There are six belt loops on the waistband: two are located 2 3/4 inches to the right and left of the center front zipper; two more are located on the back of the pants, 1/2 inch from the side seams; and the last two are located 3 1/4 inches to the left and right of the center back seam. The patch pockets at the back measure 5 3/4 x 5 3/8 inches, and they have rounded corners. The 6 1/2 inch brown plastic zipper is finished at the waistband with a 5/8-inch dark brown plastic button that reads "LEVI'S".
Shirt: This nylon knit shirt has an exaggerated long collar and wide cuffed sleeves. The 3 1/8 inch wide cuffs are reinforced with a second layer of self-fabric and another enclosed fabric. The cuffs are each closed with a single 5/8-inch pearl-finished plastic button. The same buttons are used along the center front of the shirt, secured to the right side. The long pointed collar is 1 1/2 inch wide at the center back and 4 3/4 inches at the front points. One 1/2-inch wide strip of boning is used in each collar point. The shirt fabric has been printed with a repeating "Western" scene; horses and covered wagons in a field with a mountainous skyline. The print uses white, browns, oranges, yellows, and blues.
